The Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing financial transactions, including billing, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR). This role ensures accuracy and efficiency in financial operations, processes invoices and payments, and maintains financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience with accounting software.
Job Duties:
- Process and manage billing transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Oversee accounts payable by reviewing invoices, obtaining approvals, and processing payments.

Position: Executive Assistant (Permanent)
Location: Honolulu (In-Person)
Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 annually (depending on experience)
Reputable local organization seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team! This would be a one on one support position for the top executive.
Job Duties include:
- Manage all office tasks for Executive
- Schedule and prepare all logistical information for meetings
- Coordinates travel arrangements as Executive supports multiple islans
- Generate reports, internal documents, and meeting notes
- Prepare and generate annual budget
- Maintain calendar and appointments
- Order office supplies as needed
- Complete data entry and updating records
- Maintain the filing system
- Additional clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Executive support experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to support the Financial Services department with high-volume, complex accounts payable functions. This position requires strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task effectively, and a high degree of accuracy and accountability. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, deadline-driven, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
Job Duties:
- Accurately process complex invoices, check requests, employee expense reports, and journal entries
- Prioritize payments based on payment terms and assist with month-end accruals
- Reconcile complex vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Update and maintain vendor records in compliance with IRS guidelines (e.g., TIN matching, ACH confirmations)
- Assist with system testing and implement improvements for efficiency
- Respond to complex internal and vendor inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Support Accounts Payable-related special projects and management requests
- Reconcile A/P balance sheet accounts and balance Dynamics A/P system reports
- Assist with check printing, remittance emails, and documentation uploads
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or related field) plus 2 years accounts payable experience or
- High school diploma (or equivalent) plus 4 years accounting experience.
- Experience in high-volume Accounts Payable environments
- Knowledge of Dynamics A/P system
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
