Immediate 2nd Shift Material Handler Job in Ames, IA!

Pay: $18.25/hr

Hours: 4:00pm-12:30am (Monday-Friday)

Material Handler Duties:

• Unboxing product
• Repackaging
• Loading/unloading 
• Taping the box shut

Requirements:

• Must live within 15-20 minutes of Ames
• Must have prior warehouse experience
• Must show displayed longevity at work

Shifts:

1st: 6:00am-2:00pm

2nd: 2:00pm10:00pm

3rd: 10:00pm-6:00am

Pay: $21.50-$22.50 based on shift

Job Duties of a Production Associate:

• Move, rack, and handle glass lites throughout production
• Seam glass and assist in preparing materials for tempering and finishing
• Bend channels into spacers, apply butyl, and fill channels with desiccant
• Cut stock channel sizes and internal grilles/bars
• Operate machines used to punch holes in channel
• Run the cutting table, break out glass lites, and organize racks by schedule
• Maintain safety standards and a clean work area
