General Description:

The Eligibility Coordinator will work under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences. The primary role is to determine eligibility and distribute benefits to the public efficiently and courteously.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform intake screening with clients; enter personal/client data into the computer; review and process applications; determine eligibility for programs by applying local, state, and federal policies.
  • Conduct in-person interviews and telephone screenings; summarize information; recommend determinations of eligibility based on submitted information and make appropriate referrals.
  • Review applications for accuracy and collect data; analyze and review documents submitted; advise applicants when more information is needed to determine eligibility; notify clients of the status of their application; send letters of determination.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two years of experience in human services, counseling, crisis intervention, or a closely related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual is a plus but not required
  • Excellent customer service and strong administrative skills

The route driver is responsible for timely and accurate deliveries of products to customers with a high level of professional and engaging service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all safety rules and procedures
  • Maintain a safe driving record and report any accidents or infractions, whether on or off duty
  • Complete pre and post trip inspections of the delivery vehicle
  • Communicate any current or potential truck and equipment concerns to the manager
  • Ensure the load is secure to prevent shifting or damage to product before disembarking

Location: Waterloo, Iowa

Pay: $16/Hour

Hours: 1st shift – 5:00am-1:30pm

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Sonic weld large pieces of canvas together using a sonic welding machine
  • Lay out graphics on tent pieces
  • Follow blueprints and accurately use a tape measurer 

Job Requirements:

Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, and reach for 8 hours
  • Ability to work on concrete floors both standing and kneeing for long periods of time
  • Able to lift and carrier large pieces of canvas tarps
  • Able to read a tape measure
  • Ability to follow written blueprints and directions in English
  • Able to push, pull, and tug large canvas tarps for 8 hours a day
  • High School diploma or GED
