The Member Services Banking Associate will support our branch by delivering friendly, efficient, and accurate service across all member contact channels (in-person, phone, email, and online). This role focuses on building and maintaining strong member relationships, providing product and service information, and cross-selling to meet financial needs. The Member Services Banking Associate ensures compliance with credit union policies to safeguard member accounts and assets.
Job Duties:
- Accurately process transactions, enroll new members, and maintain compliance with credit union policies, regulatory requirements, and security procedures.
- Deliver exceptional service by assisting members across multiple channels (in-person, phone, email, website), analyzing financial needs, and cross-selling products.
- Maintain cash drawer and participate in dual control functions for teller software and vault.
- Support lending functions by assisting with loan applications, funding, and DMV documentation; communicate loan decisions and resolve member disputes.
- Underwrite and make sound lending decisions within approval limits and timelines; maintain NMLS certification and assist staff with loan documentation and processes.

As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for the coordination of the stores on-site activities, handling receipt, stocking, and shipping of products; staging and delivering customer orders; and all transactions with the business and local vendors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warehouse (includes some delivery)
• Using material handling equipment, inbound and outbound shipments, loads and unloads trucks, locates and picks material into/out of warehouse racks and between locations, Log inbound freight (UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, DHL).
• Safely operates assigned material handling equipment. Ensures that all equipment in use has been inspected and is in safe operating condition. Reports all accidents and unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Stocking and arranging of product to ensure warehouse turns of inventory.
• Determines accurate material quantities by cycle counting.
• Receives material into inventory, move material by quantity between designated locations, and locate/pick material to/from warehouse locations as required. Ensures accurate part number, quantity, and other data fields entries that impact electronic records of receipts, inventories, location; Resolves discrepancies with material quantities, part numbers.
• Locates parts insuring that pallets are stable, observing pallet heights, material, racking and equipment are not damaged, and material is not left in aisles.
• Practices safe material handling techniques.
• Performs housekeeping as assigned.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required

- Document temperatures of all inbound loads and report to warehouse manager and buyers any violations.
- Responsible for proper rotation for all produce inventory and various perishable items.
- Maintain acceptable levels of product in each assigned pick slot.
- Perform daily quality inspections for all perishable items.
- Perform daily date checks and pull all out dated product from pick and reserve slots.
- Complete daily dump and damage report and give to warehouse supervisor or inventory control.
- Communicate daily with the buyers and warehouse manager on all issues related to perishable items. May make recommendations on dump and damage or repackaging.
- Process produce returns, determine whether to return to inventory, donate or dump.
- Receive calls from Territory Managers and help troubleshoot.
- May use forklift or electric pallet jack in this role.

Pay: $23.00 / Hour
Hours: 4:00pm – 12:30am (Monday-Friday)
Duties:
- Operating Stand up, battery powered Forklift or a sit-down propane forklift
- Utilizing a had held scanner to locate products
- Unloading semi-trailer with finished products to the warehouse and putting on racking system
- Taking products form the warehouse and loading them into a semi-trailer
- Bring supplies to the packaging line
- Building pallets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 90 days stand up electric or sit-down propane forklift
- Must live within 15-20 minutes of Ames
- Must show displayed longevity in work history
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds through out the shift
