Job Opening: Industrial Mechanic-2nd Shift

Production Mechanic 

Second Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2am with OT available

Responsibilities:

• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers to support production needs
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues on production equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and reliability
• Respond to emergency and unscheduled equipment breakdowns in a timely manner
• Dismantle machinery, replace or repair defective components, and reassemble equipment
• Install, maintain, and disconnect utilities including air, gas, water, steam, drain, and vacuum systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment efficiency and uptime
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of industrial mechanic experience in a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required

Preferred Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
