As a Medical Billing Representative, you will handle billing inquiries, process payments, and ensure accurate account management while delivering excellent customer service. 

Job Duties:

·        Perform medical billing, re-billing denials, collections, and records processing

·        Respond to billing inquiries via phone, written communication, or in person

·        Manage incoming calls and provide customer service support

·        Update accounts, resubmit claims, and process credit card payments

·        Document account activity and follow up with patients or insurers

·        Analyze billing errors, reconcile accounts, and generate reports

·        Review denials/EOBs, correct discrepancies, and resubmit claims

·        Verify insurance eligibility and report payments to collection agencies

Job Requirements:

·        High school diploma or equivalent

·        6+ months customer service and medical billing/collections experience

·        Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·        Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

·        Ability to work independently and in a team

Electro Mechanic

This is a highly skilled position. We need someone who is used to working on manufacturing equipment as well as general knowledge of electrical and plumbing. This person also needs to be safety conscious, understand a fast paced manufacturing mindset and be able to work well with others.

Pay rate- $30.10 to $39.97 depending on experience

Working Hours- 7am to 3:30pm – 1st shift

Working Days- Monday through Friday. Weekends and overtime as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in telecommunications, call center operations, or customer support
• Working knowledge of mechanical assemblies and basic electronics
• Familiarity with relays, contactors, and DC/AC circuits
• Strong typing skills and overall computer proficiency
• Understanding of sales terminology such as RFQs, lead times, and minimum order quantities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
