Job Opening: Entry Level Manufacturing Associate

We’re hiring for entry level manufacturing associates!

This position has multiple openings and is a long-term, temp-to-hire job with extensive opportunities for growth. 

Pay: $18 / Hour to start (+ raises every 6 months)

Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm (+ optional OT upon hire-on) 

Duties:

• Read and interpret shop drawings.
• Follow alphanumeric labels and color codes.
• Use small hand tools for assembly.
• Perform quality control on products.

Skills for Success:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and work on hands/knees as needed throughout 8 hour shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive wrist motions for an 8 hour shift.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience helpful, but not required. 

Key Qualifications:

• Proven job stability (1-3 years per job)
• Strong desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed.
• Successful completion of attention to detail test.
