Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour (depends on experience)

This Wire Transfer Specialist is responsible for supporting critical wire transfer operations by processing incoming and outgoing payments, reconciling daily transactions, maintaining reporting data, and ensuring compliance with applicable banking regulations and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have prior banking or financial services experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Duties:

• Input, verify, approve, release, and ensure notification of outgoing and incoming Fed, SWIFT, and Internet payments.
• Prepare, post, balance, and reconcile daily accounting transactions and end-of-day (EOD) system processes.
• Track, maintain, and compile data to support departmental reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and bank policies.
• Support operational objectives while maintaining accuracy and adherence to established procedures.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of banking or financial services experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong computer navigation skills and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet critical processing deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including start times as early as 6:00 AM, based on operational needs.
