Role Summary of an Onsite Manager (Staff Performance Manager):

The Staff Performance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of personnel to ensure the timely, accurate and quality delivery of customer goods and service. This role manages employee relations at the client site – including coaching, performance reviews, removal from assignments, and exit interviews. This role ensures client satisfaction and engagement through superior customer service and develops relationships with supervisors and associates. This role anticipates staffing requirements and expectations; develops value-added services to support changing client needs.

Your Opportunity as an Onsite Manager (Staff Performance Manager):

  • Anticipate staffing requirements and expectations; develops value-added services to support changing client needs
  • Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring of individuals for assignment
  • Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing is accurate
  • Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports at the client’s request
  • Manage employee relations at the site – including coaching, counseling, performance reviews, removal from assignments, and exit interviews
  • Conduct onsite orientation, safety training
  • Facilitate the initial treatment and reporting of workers’ compensation incidents
  • Participate in scheduled service reviews at the client site
  • Act as the liaison between the branch office and the client
  • Deliver superior customer service and develop relationships with supervisors and associates
  • Other duties as assigned

Client Site: Typically work is performed is generally offsite at a client’s location that could be an office or other business setting and require travel to and from locations. This position requires compliance for all occupational safety and health standards, rules, and regulations.

  • Experience in a customer service role responsible for multi-level client communication
  • HR and data management experience
  • Demonstrable success managing a team or process
  • Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment
  • Able to lead, organize and build effective and diverse teams
  • Must have seasoned critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Practical experience and comfort with using operational software, Microsoft Office products, and
    basic data management tools for analysis
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across all platforms
  • Able to listen and respond to information effectively and influence decision makers

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate  for one of our clients in the Fort Myers Area.   

Shift:  Sun, Mon, Wed, Thursday, Friday: 1pm-9pm

Pay: $16/hr.

Work Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Keep an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.
  • Identify any missing, lost or damaged materials.
  • Ensure that all the merchandise is safety and securely packed and labeled for shipping.
  • Assis with training of newly employed workers
  • Scan labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.

Pay Rate: $21.40/hour

Shifts Available: 

  • 2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm M-F

Location: Columbus, OH (near the airport)

Job Description: The Fork Lift Operator Inspects product load for accuracy and safely move it around the warehouse or facility to ensure timely and complete delivery.

Tasks to Perform:

  • Manually or mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles.
  • Move levers or controls that operate lifting devices, such as forklifts, lift beams with swivel-hooks, hoists, or elevating platforms, to load, unload, transport, or stack material.
  • Position lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, or boxes and secure material or products for transport to designated areas.

At least 6 months of previous forklift experience is required.

This position is responsible for loading and unloading freight accurately, inventory control, rotation and inspection and other warehouse related duties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight to customers

Weekly pay and benefits!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate a sit-down forklift and hand truck 
  • Load inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers
  • Unload inbound and outbound containers and sort according to size of freight and destination
  • Read, decode, and decipher freight coding in order to expedite freight movement and tracing process
  • Reconcile driver pick up and delivery manifests
  • Label, weigh, and dimensionalize freight
  • Record damaged shipments and misrouted freight on applicable reports
  • Responsible for inventory, rotation and inspection of freight held in the warehouse
  • Complete required documentation
  • Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness of warehouse

Job Requirements:

  • 6 plus months of previous forklift experience 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak in English
  • Computer skills required 
  • Strong organizational, inventory, and accounting skills
  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, and reach for 8-12 hours
  • Lift 10 – 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Read, follow, and communicate all safety and operational procedures and instructions
  • Work in a team environment and be flexible when production needs change
