Epic Analyst / Senior Epic Analyst

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $55-$95/hour

We are seeking an experienced Epic Analyst / Senior Epic Analyst to support the design, implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of Epic applications and related clinical and business systems. This role partners with end users and IT teams to develop scalable solutions, improve workflows, troubleshoot complex issues, and support a secure, efficient patient care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, implement, upgrade, and support Epic applications and integrations
• Analyze workflows and business needs and recommend effective technical solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, document, and optimize application functionality
• Support interfaces, data exchange, APIs, and third-party applications
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to other analysts as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Healthcare, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for education
• 4+ years of directly related professional experience
• Related Epic certification(s) required
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Epic workflows, integrations, SQL, HL7, APIs, or software development is highly desirable
