Job Duties of Welders:

• Assemble parts to complete units
• Weld jigs and fixtures
• Utilize production machines, equipment, and PPE
• Perform testing and finish units

Shipping/Logistics Clerk-

Our client is looking for a Logistics Clerk.  This position is located on the NE side of Des Moines.

Starting Pay: $18.75  / hour

Hours: 9:00am/10:00-6:30/7:30pm (Monday-Friday, Occasional Saturdays and OT)

Duties:

1. Processes and troubleshoot customer orders.Resolve order discrepancies as needed.
2. Coordinate and update warehouse employees regarding new and modified orders.
3. Review shipping and receiving reports to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
4. Processes, audits and files various documentation.

Requirements:

1. 1+ year of experience working in a customer service role within a logistics or distribution environment.
2. Strong knowledge with BOLs.
3. Strong customer service skills and attitude.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Basic computer skills.
6. Basic math skills.
