- Review assembly instructions, parts lists, and blueprint specifications before beginning work
- Gather required materials, tools, and components for production
- Use soldering tools, flame torches, trimming knives, tape dispensers, and other assembly equipment
- Operate molding machines, sealers, and other production machinery
- Utilize measurement and metrology instruments to verify product specifications
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Read and identify part numbers, component descriptions, blueprints, and drawings
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment
- Meet established production and quality goals while maintaining accuracy

- Willingness to train on day shift for approximately 3 weeks before moving to 3rd shift
- Ability to work overtime as needed

- Able to stand, walk and bend for the entire shift
- Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Ability to work regularly and dependably
- High School Diploma or GED required
