- 2nd Shift Forklift Driver works Monday – Friday, 2pm-10pm (OT may be required)
The Pay for the Forklift Driver:
- 2nd Shift – $22/hr
- Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Forklift Driver:
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklift
- Read pick sheet

We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and self-motivated Production Supervisor for our Erie, PA facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing a fast-paced production team on 2nd shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support production staff in meeting daily shift schedules
Train new and existing team members on production processes
Monitor product quality and labor efficiency throughout the shift
Build basic jigs and fixtures for production needs
Maintain and monitor production equipment
Manage shift communications via email and phone
Perform daily data entry using E2 Shop System and Excel for payroll tracking
Use basic MS Office applications
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of successful experience in manufacturing production supervision
Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
Proficient in shop math and use of tape measures
Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings, prints, and bills of materials
Familiarity with basic computer skills and MS Office Suite
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
Experience with 3-axis CNC Router programming and operation (Vectric V-Carve)
Additional Requirements:
Must pass shop math, tape measure, and computer skill tests
Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
