Job Responsibilities:
- Perform floor inspections of medical devices to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Follow established inspection procedures, checklists, and quality guidelines
- Verify products meet specifications, tolerances, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and document defects, discrepancies, or non-conforming products
- Conduct tests and measurements to validate product quality
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records
- Communicate inspection results and quality concerns to supervisors and team members
- Assist in resolving quality issues and supporting continuous improvement efforts
- Ensure inspection equipment is functioning properly and report any issues
- Follow all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean work environment
Job Requirements:
- Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow written procedures, specifications, and work instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to stand and work on the production floor for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- High School Diploma or GED required
