Position: Community/Property Manager

Location: Honolulu and Maui

Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 per year annually (depending on experience)

Local organization Community/Property Manager to oversee a residential community association on either Oahu or Maui. This role serves as the primary liaison between association boards, homeowners, residents, and vendors while ensuring the financial, operational, and administrative needs of each community are met. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage property and community association
• Build strong relationships with board members, homeowners, residents, and service providers.
• Coordinate maintenance projects, vendor contracts, and community operations.
• Assist with budgets, financial reporting, and review of financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and community policies.
• Prepare for and attend evening board meetings.
• Respond promptly to homeowner and board inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and oversee multiple ongoing projects

Qualifications

• 3 + years of previous experience in property management, HOA/community association management, customer service, hospitality, real estate, or project coordination is a plus
• Certain properties have government funded support - experience with this would be helpful
• College degree preferred; high school diploma required
• Valid Hawaii driver's license and access to an insured vehicle
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with budgets and financial statements preferred
