Seeking a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills who is comfortable working in office 5 days a week in a manufacturing environment.

This is an in-office position with very little work from home flexibility. 

The Staff Performance Manager, often referred to as the "On-site Manager" is responsible to manage and maintain associate recruitment efforts and engagement at our client facility. 

Hours: MUST be able to flex hours as needed. Typically this is a Monday-Friday position but need to be flexible to work weekends, if needed. 

Hours will vary but typically need to be on-site 2 days a week 8am-5pm (including Monday’s for orientation) and 2 days from 11am-7pm. The 5th day will be scheduled once hired. 

Scope of Interaction: This position interacts with individuals at all levels within the client company, field employees, the supporting branch, brand leaders, and the EmployBridge Company.

Purpose: This position contributes to delivering the operating unit’s commitments by effectively managing field employees at a Value-in-Partnering work site.

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:

• Nurtures, builds, and maintains strong relationship between the client and our company, anticipating and developing value-added service to support changing client needs.
• Anticipates and plans for client staffing needs, including quality control measures.
• Coordinates activities to fulfill client needs, including as appropriate the recruitment, screening, interview, and hiring of individuals for assignment.
• Maintains all support functions for field employees at client site, including but not limited to timekeeping system, payroll and attendance reports, invoicing, production effectiveness reports, field employee orientation and performance evaluations, and exit interviews.
• Makes frequent rounds of the facility to ensure proper operation of equipment, materials storage and handling, cleanliness, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Decisively and effectively directs personnel during all situations.
• Fosters, and works within, an environment of teamwork and cooperation.
• Manages field employee employment at the site, including coaching, counseling, and removal from assignment.
• Facilitates events for field employees on site, including but not limited to recognition and retention programs, safety awareness programs, and co-sponsored social events.

Description:

This is a Full-time role, Monday-Friday. Overtime is often available. Duties will include safely executing manual tasks that are required in the production and assembly of raw and cooked food products. Some positions occur directly on the production line, and some are in support of the manufacturing of raw and cook production. The applicant would be trained in multiple roles, including sanitation of equipment at the end of a day.

Job Duties:

• Follow Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) and U.S.D.A. compliance.
