Job Opening: HYDROMAT AND ACME OPERATORS

NOW HIRING FOR 1ST SHIFT HYDROMAT AND ACME MACHINE OPERATORS IN EAST SYRACUSE!

Pay: $22 – 24 /hr

Location: East Syracuse

Shift: 1st

Hours: 1st shift hours are 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Monday – Thursday

Responsibilities:

Will be cross trained in a variety of screw machines to support operations

Produce machined parts from a variety of metals to required specifications by operating applicable machining equipment

Loading raw material, selecting and installing the correct tooling based on part specifications, adjusting machine parameters according to blueprints.

Monitoring the machine during production runs, checking for quality issues, adjusting settings as needed to maintain tolerances.

Performing in-process inspections using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure parts meet quality standards.

Basic maintenance: Cleaning and lubricating the machine, identifying and reporting any mechanical issues to maintenance personnel.

Maintaining production logs, recording quality data, and documenting any machine malfunctions

Requirements:

MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO READ BLUEPRINTS. WILL BE TESTED AND MUST PASS TEST IN ORDER TO QUALITY.

SCREW MACHINE, CNC, DAVENPORT, ACME OPERATOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (1-3 years)
