Position: Document Prep, Scanning, and Data Entry Clerks
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

A reputable local company is seeking reliable, energetic, and self-motivated individuals for roles in Document Preparation, Scanning, and Data Entry. Ideal candidates will work independently with minimal supervision and possess strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.

Requirements:

• Must pass a Level 2 (Fingerprint) background check

• Must pass a drug screen

• Must clear a credit check

• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience with Kodak scanners is a plus

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required

• Knowledge of document capture software and OnBase is a plus

Job Duties:

Document Preparation:

• Remove staples, paper clips, and other bindings

• Tape tears, insert cover sheets, and count/document pages

• Identify and sort documents by type or classification

• Ensure documents are ready for scanning

• Accuracy is critical in this stage

Document Scanning:

• Scan hard copy records into electronic formats

• Ensure high-quality, legible images

• Operate scanning software and equipment efficiently

• Maintain proper order and file naming conventions

Data Entry:

• Enter data from physical documents into internal databases

• Create and manage spreadsheets with large volumes of data

• Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source documents

• Update and maintain existing data entries

The Pay for the Bilingual Production Workers:

• 1st Shift: $20/hr
• 2nd Shift: $21/hr
• Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Bilingual Production Workers :

• Assemble mattresses as outlined in established work instructions using a variety of pneumatic tools
• Including but not limited to the assembly of units on the machine; application of various, specified upholstered layers to open coil units; foam-encased pocketed coil units; application of specified upholstery layers; foam encasing and final mattress assembly

Immediate 1st Shift Direct Hire Restoration Technician Jobs in Des Moines, IA!

This position requires some travel and occasional overnights out of town.

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday) O.T. often 

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/ Hour
*Out of town work receives an additional $2.50/hour
*Overnights receive a per Diem (hotel expense covered)

Cleaning Technician Duties:

• Coordinates, controls, and performs tasks on restoration projects
• Detail cleaning of contents after a fire, water, storm or environmental damage

Test Technician All Shifts

Job Summary:

• Perform tests on production, engineering, and qualification products, including incoming materials.
• Use electrical, mechanical, and optical test equipment and follow established procedures.
• Apply knowledge of electronics, electrical theory, and Ohm’s law.
• Troubleshoot setup and product issues independently.
• Understand 802.3 Ethernet standards.
• Maintain and secure test equipment and calibration records.
• Report errors in procedures, drawings, and materials to support teams.
• Complete documentation and enter data accurately in IFS system.
• Ensure high-quality standards and safe work practices.
• Communicate effectively with all departments and identify special tooling needs.

Education & Experience

• Two-year technical degree, military training, or equivalent experience.
• HS Diploma/ GED
• Recent experience in electrical/electronics manufacturing.
• Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and fiber optic products.

Skills & Abilities

• Work safely with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Troubleshoot using common sense and learn from peers.
• Read technical drawings, schematics, and follow verbal instructions.
• Use test equipment (e.g., ohm-meters, pressure gauges, calipers).
• Good shop math skills.

Production Associate

1st and 2nd shift.

Starting Pay: $16-$16.75/hr.

Hours: 1st Shift 5am-3:30pm

Hours: 2nd Shift 3:30pm-2am

 *Not guaranteed full time hours, schedule is based on production needs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Packing finished product into boxes
• Filling machines with materials needed for production lines
• Clearing machine jams when they occur
• Testing and verifying the quality of the product being produced
• Reporting all required data during runs
• Operates machines and production equipment safely
• Maintains accurate daily production records
• Troubleshoot and resolves technical problems from the product line/process

Note: This individual must be able to learn GMP’s, ISO, and OSHA requirements in the manufacturing environment. This position shall operate in accordance with company policies & procedures, FDA regulations, and ISO standards.
