Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Technician

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Pay Rate: $19.80/hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm–2AM (overtime available and may be required)

Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Production Technicians to support the assembly of oil-free compressors. This role involves component preparation, assembly, testing, and quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts using bolts, clips, screws, cement, or other methods
• Operate tools such as presses and air wrenches for fitting and bonding
• Perform mechanical assembly, pressure and functional testing, and material handling
• Complete wire harness tasks including crimping, soldering, pinning, sleeving, and labeling
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow company quality standards and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Equivalent experience may be considered
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced setting
• 1–3 years of experience in production assembly, automotive, machine maintenance, or HVAC preferred
