The Director of Retail Operations is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a retail enterprise, including processing, merchandising, purchasing, new goods, and donation collection activities. This role ensures smooth daily operations across multiple retail locations and collection sites, while also supporting eCommerce and logistics functions such as transportation, salvage, and waste-reduction initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can drive sales, increase operational efficiency, develop high-performing teams, and standardize processes across retail programs.
Key Responsibilities

Lead retail sales operations and support services to meet profit, market share, and growth goals.

Review financial, demographic, and market data to identify opportunities and inform strategic planning.

Job Duties of the Mechanical Assemblers:
- Use Busse machine drawings, machine assembly drawings, controls schematics and relevant bills of materials to proficiently build according to drawings and problem solve where needed.
- Engage in the reduction and/or elimination of non-value-added work throughout the organization.
- Utilize hand tools proficiently in performing the following tasks: Structural assembly, Mechanical drive assembly, Fluid control assembly, Guard and cover assembly, Mechanical assembly, simple electrical assembly. Work must represent quality workmanship, neatness, with acceptable efficiencies.
- Complete quality assurance checks for the Busse Blue Books.
- Provide accurate documentation skills that includes labor reporting, material issue/returns, material moves, and material scrap reports.
- Execute Busse inventory re-ordering policies that includes “Kanban”.

- General supervision: routine duties are performed with minimal supervision. Standard practices or procedures allow me to proceed alone at routine work. Occasional check of work while in progress. Work is reviewed upon completion.
