General Helper – 1st Shift

Location: Tyler, TX
Pay: $14.75/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift

Hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Saturday (when required): 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM

General Helpers Needed

We are seeking dependable and motivated General Helpers to join a growing team in Tyler, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a manufacturing environment while training for a permanent position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow all company policies and procedures
• Report to the appropriate manager daily to receive assignments and work area placement
• Follow instructions and learn job-specific procedures during training
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety regulations and company standards
• Assist with production and general labor tasks as assigned
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow directions and learn new tasks quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day
• Ability to work safely in an industrial environment
