Job Opening: Machine Operator

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment located 20 minutes west of Cedar Rapids.

This position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring products meet established quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a team-oriented production setting.

1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available!

Pay depending on experience. $20-$24/hour – they do offer shift differentials.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Perform machine setups and changeovers.
• Support packaging, labeling, and production activities.
• Conduct quality inspections and complete production records.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Handle materials, palletize products, and prepare shipments.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively to meet production goals and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills.
• Manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills preferred.
