Job Opening: Quality Assurance Specialists

Now hiring for 1st and 3rd shifts Quality Assurance Specialists in Syracuse, NY!

Shift: 4 – 10 hour days; must be available Monday – Friday

Location: Syracuse

Pay: Discussed at interview; based on experience

Job Duties May Include:

Provide day-to-day technical, quality, and operational support to pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

Ensure production activities comply with cGMP standards, regulatory expectations, and safety requirements.

Provide floor support to manufacturing operators and supervisors.

Troubleshoot equipment, process deviations, and workflow bottlenecks.

Monitor production performance and assist with implementing corrective actions.

Documentation and investigations. Data collection.

Support preventive and corrective maintenance coordination with Engineering and maintenance departments.

Ability to train associates.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience Required:

1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environment.

Experience in sterile/aseptic operations, biologics.Knowledge of Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Familiarity with batch records, inventory management systems and LIMS
