CNC Machinist Produce machined parts by using Manual and/or automated (CNC) lathes to fill work orders while maintaining quality and safety standards.• Machine parts to specifications using machine tools such as manual or CNC lathes, milling machines, prototrak mill, or grinders• Operate hand lathe, mill, drill press and punch press• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications in order to select and program the proper speeds, feeds, for various metals, and operating conditions• Select the appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used• Lay out, measure, and mark workpiece in order to display placement of cuts• Position workpiece on the drill press, lathe, or milling machine• Monitor the feed and speed of machines and accuracy of cuts during the machining process• Observe and listen to operating machines or equipment in order to diagnose machine malfunctions and to determine need for adjustments or repairs• Write basic programs and modify programs in response to problems for CNC machines• Supervise the CNC machines while they execute tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result• Measure, examine, and test completed units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as micrometers• 2 years of GibbsCAM experience required• Must be able to use a tape measure, calipers, micrometers, and understand radius gauges

Follow orders that dictate which part is needed for a particular order Parts pullers need to be knowledgeable about stocking and inventory procedures and be able to handle things in an orderly manner. Particularly, parts pullers receive and issue parts, store items, maintain records and compile stock reports.Essential Duties and Responsibilities, One or more of the following:• Receive items and ensure that they are transported to designated areas quickly and accurately• Take and comprehend orders for pulling parts or items• Locate requested items from storage areas and inspect them for conformity to order type• Ascertain that pulled part is intact and has no defects, brought on by staying in storage for a period of time• Place items on hand truck or forklift in a safe manner and operate the correspondent machinery to transport them to the assembly lines.• Use RF guns to properly scan the material or part number so it can be reduced from inventory levels.• Ascertain accuracy of part shipped in accordance to pulling instructions• Assist parts inventory and ensure that any item low in stock is communicated to correspondent personal immediately• Process returns by completing required paperwork and ensuring that details are updated in the inventory database.

Spray Power Coat, Prep Parts, maintain machines and keep work area clean. Maintain records of coated parts and colors. Ability to change color and clean booth multiple times during the shift and ensure to no color contaminates the other. Move racks in and out of the oven reaching high temperatures. Assist in solvent cleaning and racking parts. Work in accordance with all safety procedure and policies, and wear all PPE as needed.
