Electronic Assembler Job Responsibilities:

• Proficiently use detailed drawings to perform product-processing functions such as assembly, soldering and labeling, following IPC standards and techniques and accurately verifying BOL’s in job packets.

• Understand daily outputs with a goal of performing at or above average minutes per piece of Team

• Perform production order confirmations accurately recording Yield, Labor, Reworks and Final confirmations

• Follow standard work instructions as assigned

Assembler / Disassembler Job Responsibilities:

• Follow safety guidelines
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Perform measurements utilizing mechanical and electrical measuring instruments as they relate to motor fault analysis and rebuilding
• Reading and understanding coil and wiring interconnection diagrams and their preparation on AC and DC motors.
• Motor dismantling, stripping and construction according to the manufacturer’s specification.

• Accurately and completely perform system entries and transactions associated with the repair process with minimal errors. 

• Maintain inventory accuracy and batch traceability by following proper procedures for issuing , retrieving , and / or returning component inventory. 

• Use the necessary systems to review BOM's and drawings for complete and accurate repairs.

• Understand and follow established procedures including product labeling and testing requirements. 

• Perform hands-on tasks
