Forklift Operator Job Responsibilities:

• Use of handheld scanners or on-board computers
• Follow warehouse systems and processes
• Potentially load/unload trailers
• Delivers to and returns product from production lines based on daily production schedules.
• Uses various pieces of automatic equipment as needed, including forklifts, cherry pickers and narrow-aisle lifts.
• Performs replenishment & tasking functions to keep all operations and pick locations well-supplied. 
• Performs line setups and changeovers as needed.
• Shrink wraps and stages product to prepare for shipping. 
• Performs cycle counting and scrap functions to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Lift up to 20-50 lbs, sit, stand, bend, and reach
• Experience in warehouse or distribution center environment
• Cherry Picker Experience preferred

Material Handler Job Responsibilities:

• Constant attention to detail.
• Ensuring that the correct material is supplied according to Bill of Materials.
• Ensuring that material regrind is kept separate and removed from production on a regular basis (keeping grinders empty).
• Maintaining material levels at machines.
• Ensuring that dryers are kept full at all times.
• Cleaning out the dryers for material change.
• Performing color changes as necessary.

• Sifting
• Regrinding material per company procedures.
• Tracking inventory amounts to be adjusted after (Scrap and Purge) is weighed up.
• Weighing and return material back to warehouse after used.
• Maintenance (housekeeping)
• Keeping machines free of debris – (material and purge).
• Taking trash out as needed. Sweep up work areas.
• Emptying compressor bucket, as needed.
• Grinding all scrap and runners as needed.
• Assisting on Floor.
• Cartons at the machines.
• Assisting with break reliefs/packing.

• Perform all other tasks as requested.
