Position Summary and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Solder to company standards and procedures.
- Complete documentation.
- Data enter information into the ERP system accurate and timely.
- Responsible for maintaining high quality standards and workmanship.
- Maintain excellent communication and working relationship with all departments within the company.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicating special tooling needed to perform operation that may have not been identified.
- Notify management of errors on procedures, drawings, bills of material, and router to the support teams (Quality, Manufacturing Engineering).
Education and Experience:
- HS Diploma/GED required
- Recent experience in an electrical or electronics manufacturing environment a plus
- Experience with basic hand tools
- Experience soldering to J-STD
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work safely with minimal or no direct supervision
- Ability to work with changing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work from verbal directions
- Common sense approach to troubleshooting
- Ability to learn from peers
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
- Knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook
- Able to read technical drawings and electrical schematics, specifications and procedures

Temp to hire position
Minimum 1 year commitment to the company.
Testing must be completed to be considered for the position.
Pay rate: $17.50/ph
Start date for the position is May 21, 2024.
Selected candidate must clear the background/drug screening and skills testing. Selected candidate will train for 4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM for the position (subject to change). Once training is successfully completed, the candidate will receive their assigned schedule from company. Selected candidate will work the hours of 2pm-11pm.
Minimum Training and Experience
Possession of a high school diploma or an equivalent recognized certificate and four years of staff, administrative, or professional experience that includes credit and collections, billing, accounts systems, or customer service; or possession of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
MAJOR FUNCTION
This is responsible clerical work in establishing transportation accounts requiring extensive public contact in handling specialized, difficult or problem accounts. Work is performed with considerable independence and under the general supervision of a supervisor. Work is reviewed through observation and inspection for accuracy through internal controls and by results obtained.
ESSENTIAL AND OTHER IMPORTANT JOB DUTIES
Meets the Customers interested in establishing transportation services. Helps customers referred from subordinates due to complexity of accounts or customers seeking satisfaction at a higher level of administration. Works with superiors in gathering information and performing studies on services.

Occasional work outside of the main hours
Duties:
- Manage projects including residential subdivisions, parking lots, site plans roads/highways, etc.
- Assist in the design of land development projects from conceptual phase through construction, including grading, utilities, drainage, storm water management, sediment and erosion control, permitting, and regulatory approval
- Prepare project specification, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project schedules (manage deadlines)
- Involvement in the planning, design, and delivery of projects from start to finish
Requirements:
- Licensed Professional Civil Engineer
- Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis
- Trimble Access and Microsoft Office
- Associate degree from a technical or four-year school preferred
- 5-10+ years experience minimum
- Intermediate to experienced level of expertise with all major technical aspects of surveying
- Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions
- May have to trave to Nebraska on occasion

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Build new pumps, provide assistance in the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and controls.
- Maintain test standards and equipment in accordance with ISO procedures.
- Know, understand, and abide by environmental policies.
- Use specialized equipment such as tape measure, band saw, hand grinders, steam cleaner etc.
- Perform basic metalworking duties such as measuring, cutting, grinding, drilling and deburring parts.
- Operate forklift to unload and handle raw materials.
- Assemble components using basic hand tools.
- Read and follow blueprints and work instructions.
- Perform a wide range of shop duties to support the Engineering Group.
- Maintain work area and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Additional Functions
- May be required to spray paint pump units.
- May be required to work overtime according to the Production schedule.
- Required to assist other departments as necessary.
