Quality Control Lab Technician (Ramsay Math Test Required) 

1. Complete related checklists and required reports every shift.
2. Record data in the OPTICS system.
3. Maintain an adequate supply of testing supplies.
4. Review applicable specifications.
5. Coordinate selected test list with in process inspections, final inspectors and test preparation.
6. Operate the following equipment: CNC milling machine, vertical saw, horizontal saw, belt sander, hydraulic press, fork lift, robotic plasma torch, manual milling machine, auto chop saw, and vacuum lift.
7. Prepare proper pretest forms, machinery, tools and test specimens as needed.
8. Follow up on all tests selected to ensure proper test plates are cut out at the in-process station.
9. Select replacement test in the event a test pipe is missed or not available.
10. Prepare tests specimens as directed or deemed necessary.
11. Perform preventive maintenances scheduled.
12. Perform area housekeeping tasks.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
