1st/Morning – 7:00am – 3:30pm; Monday – Friday
2nd/Evening – 3:00pm – 11:30pm; Monday-Friday
3rd/Night – 11:00pm – 7:30am; Sunday-Thursday
Pay: $20.00 – 21.50/Hour
Job Duties of the Assistant Machine Operator:
- Support Machine Operation: Assist with machine set-up and operation, ensuring proper and safe techniques are followed to maintain efficient production of quality materials.
- Quality Control & Inspection: Perform regular inspections and random material checks to ensure product specifications are met, including size, printing, folding, and scoring.
- Equipment Maintenance & Clean-Up: Conduct daily/weekly clean-ups and submit maintenance requests for equipment repairs to maintain peak machine performance.
- Minimize Waste & Maximize Output: Monitor operations to reduce ink, adhesive, and material waste while optimizing equipment usage at full capacity and speed.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all company policies and safety procedures to maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

Job Duties of the Quality Control Inspector:
- Inspect measure and/or test material to established methods and standards.
- Utilize various inspection tools, such as Vision System, Verniers, Micrometers, Rulers, Oscilloscopes, DVMs, Power Supplies, Defib/Pacer Analyzers, custom fixtures etc. per procedures.
- Document inspection and test results according to established procedures.
- Maintain quality documentation files such as, Device History Records (DHR) and Inspection History Records
