Job Summary: Work with Assemblies, Fabricate Extrusions, Build/Assemble Hollow Metal Door Orders. Complete customization and completion of hollow metal doors according to work order and product templates pulling material, welding parts together, using power tools such as jigsaw, grinder, drills, etc. Install door modifications as necessary.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Build Assemblies as needed to meet customer demand.
  • Read blue prints or sales orders and fulfill.
  • Build crates for door packages, hollow metal door, TDA & special projects.
  • Transfer completed assemblies to the warehouse for stock.
  • Work with shipping to get packages out in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of previous Maintenance Technician experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints/drawings
  • Advanced math skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Computer skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow safety guidelines
  • Follow standard work instructions as assigned
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment
  • Inspect, operate, or test machinery to diagnose malfunctions
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery
  • May work individually or in a team environment

Position: Financial Planning & Budgeting Analyst (Permanent)

Location: Honolulu

Industry: Non-Profit

Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually (depending on experience)

Non-profit organization looking for a Financial Planning & Budgeting Analyst!

This individual will be responsible for:

  • Budgeting and forecasting functions including managing the budget process and monitoring budget activity.
  • Working with stakeholders on budget changes, maintaining forecasts and reporting.
  • Partnering with external partners to monitor any changes throughout the year.
  • Working with internal parties to assess the financial impact of decisions.
  • Complex budget analysis of the overall budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance
  • 5+ years of working with budget analysis, budget management and forecasting
  • Knowledge of GAAP and other guidelines
  • Strong computer skills to utilize MS Office
