Job Duties of Maintenance Technician: 

• Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment, tools, machines and buildings.

• Analyze and solve electrical/electronic/control problems and assist manufacturing personnel on process-related problems.

   

• Ensuring proper operation of all control system components to include: electronic components, analyzers, on/off valves, control valves solenoids, limit switches, DCS and related I/O modules

• Performs preventative maintenance and establishes new PM activities as needed

   

• Involvement in installation of machinery, machine moves and plant rearrangements.

   

• Continuous process improvement implementation with respect to Lean Manufacturing principles.

   

• Working with Supervisors, Maintenance personnel, and Operations to plan, procure and document activities for the enhancement of electrical and instrumentation maintenance within the facility

   

• Sharing knowledge with other technicians as it relates to maintaining and troubleshooting DCS, instrumentation, and controls

   

• Applying all applicable codes, regulations, reliability strategies, corporate and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards

   

   

• Understands, follows, and implements all safety-related standards and practices.

Job Requirements:

  • One of the following:

Starting Pay: $90,000 – $135,000/year (DOE)

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
Occasional work outside of the main hours

Civil Engineering Duties:

• Manage projects including residential subdivisions, parking lots, site plans roads/highways, etc.
• Assist in the design of land development projects from conceptual phase through construction, including grading, utilities, drainage, storm water management, sediment and erosion control, permitting, and regulatory approval
• Prepare project specification, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project schedules (manage deadlines)
• Involvement in the planning, design, and delivery of projects from start to finish

Requirements:

• Licensed Professional Civil Engineer
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis
• Trimble Access and Microsoft Office
• Associate degree from a technical or four-year school preferred
• 5-10+ years experience minimum

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blow molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products. As a critical part of our production line, your work will ensure that we meet our production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards. You will work with various types of machinery and will need to be proficient in setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting equipment for optimal performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure efficiency and consistency in production processes.

Pay: $24-31/hr plus shift differential DOE

Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks to ensure the efficient operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities. The role requires a robust technical aptitude and the ability to work individually or as part of a team.

Job Duties:

• Possess intermediate knowledge and skills in maintenance and repair tasks.
• Independently troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Perform complex repairs and adjustments to machinery and equipment.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical tests to identify problems and ensure proper functioning.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop maintenance strategies and schedules.
• Operate the machines related to production.
• Train and mentor Level 1 technicians and all levels of Machine Operators.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Pipe fitting, pump repair, and plumbing repair experience
• Mechanical knowledge of conveyors and material transfer equipment.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
• Experience with packaging equipment (case erectors, case sealers, palletizers).
• Basic electrical knowledge with 110/220/480 volt power.
• General experience with building maintenance.
• Experience with Liquid fill equipment.
