We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Bookkeeper to manage the company’s outgoing finances. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all invoices are processed accurately and on time, maintaining vendor records, and reconciling accounts. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a good understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify incoming invoices in accordance with company policies.

Recreation Attendant – Support Staff – After School and Summer Programs
We are actively seeking creative, energetic, and enthusiastic professionals for several temporary Support Staff and Recreational Counselor rolls at a multiple recreation programs in Fort Myers. There are full and part time positions available, in both the daytime and afternoon programs. Under the general direction of the Program Coordinator, the Recreational Counselors and Support Staff are responsible foremost for assisting with the safety and engagement of participants. In addition, our Recreational Counselors’ expectations are to be active and attentive to the guidelines and needs of both the academic and recreational elements of the program. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, activity facilitation, instructional support, daily reporting, processing of registration, cash handling, customer service, miscellaneous paperwork, general clean up, and set up. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist with the active engagement of participants in educational and recreational programs, and or activities.
- Assist with the execution of programs/lessons as assigned.
- Plan interactive activities for groups as assigned.
- Must have excellent behavior management skills and provide positive communication between parents and staff.
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and use of instructional aids, materials, and technology as directed.
- Provide information and instruction to clients with respect to buildings, facilities, and programs.
- Processing class registrations, record maintenance, and general cleanup is expected.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- This position requires regular and reliable attendance and the employee’s physical presence at the workplace.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Six (6) months experience working with children, education or recreation; and/or training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Mandatory Drug/Alcohol Testing required.
- Must obtain CPR, AED and First Aid Training Certification within twelve months of hire date.
- When assigned to working around Youth, must meet the Department of Children and Families (DCF) requirements and inspections.
- Bilingual Helpful (Spanish and/or Creole) but not necessary
Successful completion of Department of Children and Families (DCF) childcare competency training Part I required within ninety (90) days of hire or promotion; remaining Parts within one (1) year of hire or promotion; and annual in-service.

Schedule: 1st Shift
- Monday – Friday
- 6:00AM – 2:30PM (occasional overtime until 4:30PM)
Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience
Your Job Duties as a Truss Assembler:
- The Truss Assembler is responsible for assembling cut material into floor and roof trusses to specification
- Place cut material and plates per specification
- Connect plates with the use of hammer and/or press
- Lift and stack product off lumber carts, band and mark product
- Push/pull product on carts to designated areas.
- Assist with routine cleaning of equipment and work area.

- 1st Shift Assembler works Monday – Friday, 6am-2:30pm
- 1st Shift Hybrid Assembler works Monday – Thursday, 8am-6:30pm with possible OT on Fridays
The Pay for Assemblers:
- 1st Shift – $20/hr
- Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Assembler:
- Organize and prepare materials for assembly
- Perform manufacturing sequences required to assemble electrodes
- Responsible for achieving and maintaining specified product quality levels
- Troubleshoot assembly problems as required
- Assembles and/or installs various electrical and/or mechanical components where operations and sequences are specified by established documentation
- May perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly such as cutting wire to specified size, stripping, tinning, or bending wire parts, wiring and fastening terminal connections.
- May operate automatic and semiautomatic assembly equipment
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- Assembly experience preferred; entry level position
- Adept with hand tools (soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) and good dexterity
- Able to read and follow instructions and procedure
- Ability to understand assembly documentation, blueprints, and/or wire lists
- Familiarity with general computer operation
- IPC Soldering Certification a plus
- QSR experience a plus
