Job Opening: Accounting specialist

Remedy Staffing is hiring for a Senior Accounting Specialist with a 3PL warehouse on the Northside of Jacksonville!

We’re looking for an experienced accounting professional to support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, AR/AP, reconciliations, and cash monitoring.

Pay: $24-$36/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Support AR/AP and daily accounting activities
• Complete month-end close and financial reporting
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash monitoring
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, audits, and compliance
• Review financial data and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 4–7 years of accounting experience preferred
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
• CargoWise One or Magaya experience is a plus
• Logistics, 3PL, transportation, or supply chain accounting experience preferred
