Job Opening: Production Associate

The Production Associate supports the manufacturing and packaging of sunscreen and personal care products in a fast-paced production environment. This entry-level position is responsible for operating equipment, filling and packaging products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work area while following company procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with the production, filling, labeling, and packaging of sunscreen products.
• Operate basic production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Measure, mix, and transfer raw materials following production instructions.
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and appearance.
• Label, cap, seal, and pack finished goods according to specifications.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Follow all safety, quality, and GMP guidelines.
• Report equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to fragrances, chemicals, and production equipment.
