Job Opening: Laborer – 1st

Remedy Staffing is currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers for a metal fabrication facility in Erie, PA.

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production and fabrication of metal products
• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Perform grinding, deburring, and basic finishing tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
