Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading delivery trucks in a safe and efficient manner
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies or damages
- Organize and maintain the warehouse by stacking and storing products properly
- Assemble products as needed, using small hand tools
- Prepare and package orders for shipment according to instructions and guidelines
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area to comply with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Strong physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects regularly 50lbs+
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when necessary
- Background check and drug screen are required
