The line lead is responsible for overseeing daily production activities on the manufacturing line to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency. This role provides guidance, training, and support to production team members while serving as the primary point of contact for line-related issues during shift. The line lead performs production duties while coordinating workflow, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and manufacturing standards.
