The Private Banking Specialist supports the Private Banking team serving affluent and high-net-worth clients. This position serves as the right hand to an experienced Private Banker, providing relationship support, coordinating client service needs, and assisting with lending, deposit, and wealth management activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in banking, private banking, wealth management, or commercial banking. You’ll gain broad exposure to financial products and relationship management while learning directly from experienced banking professionals, without the pressure of carrying a sales quota.
Job Duties:
- Support Private Bankers in managing and growing client relationships
- Coordinate and respond to client service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with loan, deposit, and account maintenance activities
- Prepare client documentation, presentations, reports, and account materials
- Serve as a liaison between clients, bankers, and internal departments
- Monitor account activity and assist with portfolio administration
- Research banking products and solutions to support client needs
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Schedule meetings, track follow-up items, and support relationship management efforts
- Deliver exceptional service and help enhance the overall client experience

Job Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Prior banking, financial services, customer service, administrative, or client support experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, client-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in banking or wealth management
