Remedy is seeking a Production Planner for a leading HVAC compressor manufacturer in Tallahassee, FL. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, balancing customer demand, inventory, and manufacturing capacity to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize production schedules.
• Maintain planning data, production orders, and scheduling information in ERP/MRP systems.
• Analyze inventory, production performance, and schedule adherence to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Create Excel-based reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service teams to support production goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and reporting automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of production planning, inventory control, materials management, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
