Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Custodian to support cleanliness and controlled environmental conditions within a medical device manufacturing facility in Athens, TX. This position is critical to maintaining the high standards required in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Candidates with experience in hospitals, nursing homes, medical facilities, laboratories, or other regulated environments are strongly preferred. Commercial cleaning experience is also welcomed. Residential cleaning experience may be considered for exceptional candidates who demonstrate outstanding reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize manufacturing areas, laboratories, gowning rooms, and common areas.
• Follow established cleaning procedures, proper cleaning sequences, material usage guidelines, and documentation requirements.
• Accurately complete cleaning logs, inspection checklists, and required documentation.
• Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies while preventing cross-contamination.
• Stock and maintain restrooms, hygiene stations, and gowning areas.
• Launder, handle, and maintain controlled garments according to established procedures.
• Remove waste and dispose of materials following company guidelines.
• Monitor cleaning supply inventory and submit inventory reports as needed.
• Clean and maintain exterior areas and facility grounds.
• Assist the Maintenance and Facilities team with general facility support tasks.
• Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards.
