Production Associate / Sheet Metal Operator

$18.00 per hour

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Remedy Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to join a growing manufacturing team. This position offers steady weekday hours and the opportunity to work in a team-oriented shop environment.

Job Duties

• Sort and stack sheet metal materials
• Perform spot welding operations
• Operate punch press equipment
• Fold and press materials using a punch press
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards
• Work effectively with a small team to meet production goals

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or shop experience required
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
