Machinist/Parts Processor

Our manufacturing client is looking for an experienced Machinist/Parts Processor. This position is located in Carlisle.

Starting Pay: $20.00-23.00

Hours: 6:00pm – 6:00am (Friday night, Saturday night, Sunday night)

• Work all 36 hours / week and get paid for 40!

Duties:

• Operate all manufacturing equipment including band saws, iron workers, and plasma torches.
• Ensure products are manufactured to quality and safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and material dimensions.
• Read and interpret symbols and materials needed for manufacture.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with relevant machining (cutting types: band saw, torch, plasma, and shear).
• Basic mathematics knowledge and understanding of angles.
• Basic Brake Press knowledge.
• Steel toed boots/shoes with metatarsal cover.
• Current Forklift Certification (min of 1 year exp)
• High School diploma or GED.Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and walk for an 8-10 our shift.
• Position could involve working outdoors in all weather conditions including extreme heat or cold.
