Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Duration: Temp to Hire

We are seeking a dependable Welder to join a growing manufacturing team in Perry, FL. This position is responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling components while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Weld and fabricate aluminum products according to specifications
• Read and follow work instructions and measurements
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous welding experience
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment: This position is not climate controlled and requires working in varying temperatures.
