Assistant Production Supervisor

We’re seeking an Assistant Production Supervisor to support daily operations in a busy manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys working on the production floor, solving problems, developing employees, and helping a team succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily production schedules and staffing needs
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams
• Help reduce downtime, scrap, and production interruptions
• Assist with troubleshooting, process improvements, and production startups
• Coach, train, and support production employees
• Monitor performance and promote a positive, team-oriented culture
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving efforts
• Maintain accurate production reporting and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing experience required
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
