Production Worker (Cold Environment) 

Scheduled: Rotating days am and pm opportunities. Starting at$14/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packing, and inspecting products on the production line while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is positive, dependable, able to work efficiently under pressure, and committed to quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack products according to company standards.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Handle products carefully and efficiently throughout the production process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work area to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in other areas of the facility as needed to support business operations.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and production guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure production environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Must be dependable and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to work weekends as required.
• Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
