Do you hold a Property & Casualty License but haven't been able to get your foot in the door with a great company yet? Or are you tired of selling and would prefer more of a servicing role that doesn't require constant calling to dead leads? We are hiring Licensed Customer Service Representatives for a fast-growing insurance company in town. This position is fully remote with equipmene provided but candidates must live within 45 miles of Las Vegas, NV.
*Must have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance license in the state of Nevada!
Annual Base $45,000 plus monthly incentives!
Training Schedule: Monday to Friday | 6:00a-2:30p PST – 3 Weeks
Post Training Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:30a-6:00p PST – NO WEEKENDS!
Responsibilities:
Licensed Customer Service Representatives are needed to provide outstanding service to existing customers. Responsibilities include answering questions about insurance products, recommending appropriate coverage options, processing policy changes, and helping customers add or adjust coverage based on their individual needs.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid P&C Insurance license in the state of Nevada!
- Interested applicants must live within 60 miles of Las Vegas, NV
- Completed 2 or 4 year degree required
- Previous Customer Service experience required
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic computer skills
- Able to multi-task
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Able to work independently
