Remedy Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components and products according to specifications while maintaining high quality standards and productivity goals.

Electronic Assembler- Remedy Staffing

Location: Erie, PA

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7a-3p

Pay: $15/hr

• Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and assembly drawings.
• Perform soldering, wiring, crimping, and cable assembly as required.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Test electronic products and troubleshoot basic assembly issues.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous electronics assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and diagrams.
• Experience with soldering and electronic testing equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
