Position: Full-time, Consumer Lending Specialist
Location: Honolulu

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $19.25 per hour

The Consumer Lending Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with home equity loan and line of credit applications, ensuring a seamless and efficient lending process. This role involves reviewing applications, verifying financial documents, maintaining compliance with banking regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

• Assist customers in understanding and applying for home equity loans and lines of credit.
• Review loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with customers regarding loan status, required documentation, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and denials.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
