Assembler Associate – Medical Device Manufacturing

Location: Athens, TX

We are hiring Assembler Associates for a growing medical device manufacturer in Athens, TX. This opportunity is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals with experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse environments who are looking for stable work and competitive pay.

Pay Rates:

• 1st Shift: $15.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: $17.00/hr
• 3rd Shift: $19.00/hr

Schedule: Up to 10-hour shifts with mandatory Saturday overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical device components according to work instructions
• Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Package finished products for shipment
• Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet production and quality goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse environments
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work overtime as required
