Steel Quality Control Specialist

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Control individual. This position requires experience with welding and quality control in a construction or manufacturing environment.

Pay Range: $23.00-$26.00/hour

Hours: 6:00pm-6:00am (Monday-Thursday)

Duties:

• Weld (MIG) and fabricate metal parts.
• Read and interpret shop drawings.
• Grinding & buffing parts.
• Perform quality control checks on parts in accordance with welding standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation in relation to pre/post inspections, tests, and corrections.

Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in welding (MIG) or steel manufacturing.
• Basic math and computer skills (Word and Excel).
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75lbs.
• Associate’s Degree or Technical Degree preferred, but not required.
