Hotel Front Desk Agent
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Availability: Must be available 7 days a week (scheduled shifts will vary)
Pay: $11.00 per hour
About the Position
We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to provide excellent guest service during afternoon and evening hours. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting guests, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check in and check out
- Answer phones, manage reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns in a timely manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Follow all hotel policies and standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- Hotel, front desk, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and team oriented
- Must be available to work any day of the week
